The property, arranged over two floors, consists of a living room with two sofa beds for two people each, a bedroom and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to five people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Towels are not provided. The accommodation features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and balcony. The property also offers access to a shared outdoor area with swimming pool and open terrace. Please note that wearing a swimming cap is mandatory when using the pool; also, the pool is closed on Tuesdays for weekly cleaning and will be closed from September 10th. One parking space is available on the property, free street parking and a garage parking space are also provided. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
